When you are employed in a job, someone else is right above you giving you instructions as to what to do. You have no choice but to do the way as directed. This person is your boss.
In network marketing, you control your time
As a network marketer, you start work when you want, go on break if you wish, and close as early or as late as you want. You may even decide not to wait on some days.
In a job someone else controls your time
When you have a job, there is time to wake up so that you can commute to work on time. Your other working hours (break time and closing time) are set by the employer. If you have something private to do outside working hours (such as go to the hospital), you must ask for permission.
In network marketing, you decide what needs to be done
Should you write a blog post about your network marketing company? Should you post to your social media networks? Should you do some lead generation?
You decide business strategy or take help from your mentor to achieive your goals and dreams. The decision is up to you.
In a job, the company decides what needs to be done
Of course, the company will not be behind you every minute telling you what to do. But whatever the case, whatever you are doing is decided by the boss. You can exercise some initiative but you can’t veer too far off the official tasks.
In network marketing, you can leverage the time of your team members to increase your earnings month by month.
However, in Job, you get paid a fixed amount every month based on your Salary and Attendance.
